This page describes the permitted use and present limits of the website. Merely viewing the site or submitting professional interest does not create a clinic-matching, appointment, employment or other service contract.
2. Current website scope
ClinicMatcher is at a limited pre-launch stage. The website currently provides information about the proposed service and a form through which dental-sector professionals may express professional interest.
The website does not currently provide patient care, diagnosis, treatment, clinical advice, a live clinic-matching service, a public marketplace or an emergency service. Do not rely on it for medical, dental, legal, financial or other professional advice.
3. Who may use the form
Anyone may view the public website. The professional-interest form is intended only for people aged 18 or over who are acting wholly for purposes related to their trade, business or profession. If you are not acting in that capacity, do not submit the form.
Nothing in this notice excludes or limits mandatory rights that apply to you as a consumer or otherwise under applicable law.
4. Form submissions
Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are entitled to provide. Do not submit patient information, health information, other special-category personal data, attachments, free-text messages, confidential information you are not authorised to provide, unlawful or misleading content, malicious code or automated spam.
A submission is an expression of professional interest only. It is not an application, offer, acceptance, contract, appointment, endorsement, guarantee of eligibility, guarantee of a response or commitment to a future relationship.

Do not use the website to break the law, infringe another person's rights, interfere with the website or its security, gain unauthorised access, scrape or harvest data through automated means, misrepresent an identity or affiliation, or impose an unreasonable load on the service.
We may block or restrict activity where reasonably necessary to protect the website, its users or ClinicMatcher, investigate suspected misuse, or comply with law.

The content is general information about ClinicMatcher's proposed service and current pre-launch activity. It may be incomplete and may change.

The website content and ClinicMatcher branding may not be copied, adapted or used beyond ordinary viewing unless the relevant rightsholder permits it or applicable law allows it. ClinicMatcher logos were originated for this product; bundled fonts are supplied under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.

We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of this pre-launch website. We use security measures required by applicable law, but no online service can be guaranteed completely secure, uninterrupted or error free.
A link to a third-party site is provided for convenience and does not by itself mean that ClinicMatcher endorses or controls that site. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy information.

Our Privacy Notice explains how we use personal data received through the website and form. Website Use Notice acknowledgement must not be presented as consent to personal-data processing.
