How we use your information

We use your name, professional email, clinic or organisation name and role to assess and respond to the professional enquiry you initiate, keep a limited record of that communication, and protect this form against misuse. We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to inbound professional enquiries and securing the form. Your submission is sent to our authorised operator using our verified service providers. We keep the main enquiry record for up to 12 months from the original submission if it does not progress, or up to 18 months from the original submission if a verified clinician sends an unambiguous human-originated reply from the submitted professional email address confirming they want the conversation to continue. Do not submit patient information, health information or other special-category personal data.
